The questions I get asked most.
How much does a home organizer cost in Nashville?
You get one flat price for the whole job, and you get it the same day as your walkthrough. The walkthrough takes about twenty minutes, at your house or over video, and it's free. Bins and baskets are quoted separately and bought at cost, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
How long does a pantry take?
One day, start to finish, for most kitchens. That includes emptying every shelf, throwing out what expired, grouping what's left, labeling the bins, and taking the donations with me when I go.
Do I need to clean up before you come?
No, and please don't. Seeing the space the way it actually gets used is how I figure out where things should live. A pre-cleaned room tells me nothing.
What happens to the things I don't keep?
I load them in my car and drop them off, and I send you the donation receipt. Nothing leaves your house without you saying yes to it first.
Do you bring the bins and baskets?
Yes. I measure during the walkthrough, send you the list with prices before I buy anything, and we use whatever you already own first. You are never charged a markup on containers.
Do I have to be home the whole time?
No. Most clients are working or out of the house. I'll need you for about fifteen minutes at the start and twenty minutes at the end, and I'll send you photos if anything needs a decision.
What areas do you serve?
Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Nolensville, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet, Gallatin, and Lebanon. I'm based in Mount Juliet, and there's no travel fee anywhere in that list.
Will it actually stay organized?
That depends on whether the setup fits how your family already moves, which is the part I care most about getting right. I check in on how it held, and if something's not working, I'll help sort it out or come back in person to fix it.
